Plan, organize, and manage infrastructure staff and/or consultants to ensure the stable and secure
operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting,
and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data
communications, and telecommunications systems and Database Administration. Direct activities to
resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Directs and coordinates
voice, network and data information systems and staff.
1. Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture,
integration and installation.
2. Maintains network hardware and software, including servers, PABX, peripherals, network
nodes.
3. Works with end users to ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient
computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance.
4. Coordinates with other departments in order to understand and meet their requirements.
5. Evaluates network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes
recommendations. Checks systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery
action after system failures.
6. Establishes budgetary requirements for equipment replacement.
7. Establishes and controls systems access and security.
8. Provides support to and trains users in local area network administration and usage.

9. Maintains network stability, collects and analyses network and memory utilization, and installs
and tests software upgrades.
10. Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions.
11. Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software and telecommunications
services.
12. Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
13. Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
14. Trains users in the operations of office productivity applications.
15. Performs other non-essential duties as assigned.
16. Others assigned by the Infrastructure Manager or the CTO.

YÊU CẦU CHUYÊN MÔN

- Bachelor degree, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalence
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA; security, firewall, Sophos, Astaro, Fortinet, …
- At least 8 years in similar role.
- Life insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Exchange Server, Datacenter, Microsoft Azure, AWS, O365, Skype for Business, PaaS, IaaS, …
- Endpoint security: McAfee, Symantec,
- PRTG, Ticket System, …
- Strong knowledge of computer system hardware and recent version of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Virtual, Datacenter,
VMWare, …
- Solid understanding of computer networking techniques and administration, WAN, LAN
- Good knowledge of Cisco networking technology and product
- Work independently and as a team member
- Have the skill to communicate effectively to explain/deliver complex systems information
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines
- At least 10 years in managing computer network operation and systems administration
- Fluent English
