Import-Export Specialist

• Import/Export Operations & Shipment Follow-up
• Handle the full import/export operational process.
• Manage online and offline shipping bookings, transportation, and shipment tracking for customers in Long An.
• Complete all foreign trade and commercial documents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation, ERP & Customs Coordination
• Maintain daily import/export documentation tasks and ERP system updates.
• Handle daily urgent or abnormal issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Vietnam Customs, follow relevant Ministry of Commerce policies, handle annual customs inspection reports, and maintain good relationships with government authorities.
• Internal Coordination & Business Support
• Coordinate communication needs with other departments.
• Support the development of new business-related import/export operations.

• Education & Experience
• College degree or above; major in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping documentation or import/export documentation, with experience in customs declaration and Certificate of Origin application.
• Skills & Competencies
• Familiar with foreign trade documentation procedures.
• Able to prepare various English shipping documents.
• Skilled in booking systems of shipping lines such as Maersk, Nippon, Yusen, and similar providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operations.
• Careful, serious, responsible, quick-thinking, and team-oriented.
• Language / Other Requirements
• English: 4 skills.
• Age: 22–42 years old.
• Reports to the Import-Export Manager.
• Career path: Import-Export Manager to Shipping Director.

• Able to handle import/export issues promptly.

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external authorities.
