Import/Export Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make plans to search and propose to the management board of goods information, import goods, search for suppliers (domestic and foreign).
• Negotiate with partners, suppliers or customers.
• Track and manage the journey, progress of goods and products. Control the quality and quantity of the goods.
• Resolve conflicts and problems related to goods and products during transportation.
• Receive and compare documents related to goods. Receiving and checking documents from suppliers.
• Carry out customs related procedures such as declarations, export papers or other related documents.
• Manage and store relevant documents and expenses during the import and export process.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
• Graduated from university with majors related to import and export operations such as Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business English, etc.
• Professional understanding in the field of import and export, understand the processes and regulations in import and export of goods, documents and procedures for import and export.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the field of import and export or similar positions.
• Proficient use of office computer skills.
• Ability to plan work, monitor processes, coordinate and organize work implementation.
• Honesty, meticulousness and care in work to be able to handle all data in the most accurate way.
• Good at English (reading & writing)
• Chinese is a plus
• Able to work in Thai Binh province
