Import-export procedure staff and customer service

Job description:

1)Provide a series of ocean shipping operations services such as booking, trucking, customs declaration, bill making, and documentary;

2)Responsible for the work of order, delivery, after-service care to the customer and other related documents;

3)Responsible for the sorting and filing of documents ;

4)Regularly report cargo trends and customer business changes to the supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Got College degree or higher, priority in international trade or international transport, experience for 1-2 years or more.
• Having an interest in Logistics, fluent in English, reading and writing, knowing Chinese is a plus term.
• Outgoing, optimistic and Clear organization
• Strong pressure resistance, diligence, and a good sense of customer care.

8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30 (Monday- Friday), Saturday 8:30-12:00, 13:30-17:30.
