Import & Export Executive

• Handle Sea/ Air export and import shipments, including custom clearance documents
• Control incoming / out -going goods and verify all Goods Receipts in accordance with the regulations.
• Follow up delivery schedule to ensure purchased items are delivered in time
• Negotiate price, quality with suppliers, vendor
• Deal with procurement problems.
• Prepare and verify the entire payment documents
• Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager
• Coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, airline, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.
• Using Vnacss/Vicss software to customs clearance.
• Prepare documents ( invoice and packing list, Ariway Bill, Bill of lading, customs declaration)
• Resolve issuing trouble with customs and forwarders

Education/ Training Qualifications

• University graduated, major in Economic or in the field of Import-Export.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience similar job, preferred in forwarding company

Knowledge of:

• Have knowledge about Economics and Commerce
• Import Export and Logistic
• Computer literacy.

Skills:

• Make plans and write reports
• Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, Email
• Work efficient under pressure
• Ability to work independently or good sense of team-work
• Negotiation skills
• Good control of documents.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
• Overtime when needed
