• Monitor and analyze sewing operations for products such as jackets, backpacks, and bags
• Establish standard time for each operation in the sample sewing process
• Design line layouts and propose jigs, attachments, and specialized machinery to improve productivity
• Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize and revise Tech Packs, simplifying sewing operations while maintaining design integrity
• Analyze production processes (backpacks, bags, jackets), develop SOPs, and optimize workflows
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and calculate SMV/SAH for each operation
• Design sewing line layouts, improve productivity, and reduce waste (Lean, Kaizen)
• Monitor line efficiency, analyze root causes, and propose improvements
• Coordinate with R&D, Technical, and Production teams during both sampling and bulk production stages
• Establish labor standards and support product costing
• Train workers on standard operations and process improvements

• Degree or background in Industrial Engineering with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
• Solid understanding of sewing processes, line setup, SMV, and line balancing
• Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under production pressure
