GENERAL INFORMATION

§ Work Location: District 7, HCMC

§ Work Time:

• Monday-Friday (7:30 – 16:30)
• Saturday (7:30-16:30) off once per month

§ Salary Range: Negotiable

JOB DUTIES

§ Report directly to Vietnamese HR & Admin Director

§ Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the HSE group
• Operate the Occupation Safely & Health (OSH) system in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and statutory requirements
• Supervise the operation of firefighting system and inspect the equipment with strict requirements
• Factory risk assessment, counseling and advice on improvement measures
• Investigate occupational accidents and taking measures to reduce occupational accidents at the factory
• Safety training for employees
• Work with government agencies on matters related to OSH
• Other duties will be shared in more details in the interview

Job RequirementS

§ Desirable Experience & Background

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Language Skills: English Business level (preferred candidates know Japanese)
• At least 5 years’ experience in HSE management (preferred candidate with experience in manufacturing company)
• Good skills in organizing, negotiating communicating and writing good reports

§ Desirable Character:

• Gender: Any
• Age: 25-35
• Personality: integrity, honest, careful
