Job Description:

• Provide support to Project in all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues.
• Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE inspections in the areas of EPC and business operations.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Provide support to the project  in implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. Corporate HSE Policy, applicable laws both international and local regulations, etc.
• Assist in developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures in accordance with as client’s requirements
• Conduct  HSE trainings, participation in tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the project  HSE program
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all accident investigation reports
• Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Department head.
• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
• •Ensure worksites are HSE compliant with project policies and standards.
• •Working with Project HSE personnel’s in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.

Requirements:

• As minimum, Graduate in 4-year course.  Diploma in Engineering, with specialization in HSE or related discipline is preferable
• Possess certification in Occupational Safety and Health institution
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Able to interpret Local and International standards and codes (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, MONRE, DOLISA, and TCVN regulations)
• Able to work independently with strong passion in HSE
• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
• Must be willing to travel at short notice and go to site.
