- Lead and supervise daily HSE activities, inspections, and safety compliance throughout the facility.
- Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with HSE laws, regulations, company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate HSE training, including fire safety, emergency response, PPE, chemical safety, and machine safety.
- Conduct workplace inspections and monitor proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and emergency response exercises.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, procedures, training records, and inspection documents.
- Support internal, customer, third-party, and regulatory HSE audits and follow up on findings.
- Lead and assign tasks to HSE team members, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve HSE issues and promote safety awareness.
- Report significant HSE risks, incidents, and compliance issues to management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HSE, EHS, occupational safety, or a related position; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, environmental management, and chemical safety.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese HSE laws and regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify risks, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
