- Responsible for daily HSE activities at the Green Coffee Plant, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ofi safety standards.
- The role will support site inspections, contractor safety, training, incident investigation, and continuous safety improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor activities and Permit to Work (PTW) compliance.
- Support Risk Assessments (RA), JSA, and incident investigations.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Support implementation of LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space, and Traffic Safety programs.
- Coordinate statutory inspections for forklifts, pressure vessels, air compressors, and other regulated equipment.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Support fire drills, emergency preparedness, and safety campaigns.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
Good knowledge of
- Occupational Safety & Health
- Fire Safety (PCCC)
- Risk Assessment (RA/JSA)
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Contractor Safety Management
- LOTO and Work at Height
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to work on the shopfloor.
- Basic English communication skills for reporting and working with company procedures.
