HR Manager

Job description

• The Human Resource Manager will take charge of recruitment, human resources pipeline, and salary and benefits, and learning and development of Company team:
• Work with department heads to prepare talent pipeline for the business and build the job descriptions for new positions
• Work with headhunters and other sources to hunt and recruit new staff
• Conducting interviewing sessions
• Onboarding new staff
• Coordinating with related vendors for payroll calculation and payment
• Work with department heads to develop the training and development plan for staff
• Managing the HR budget for the company
• Coordinating with Global HR to align between local HR practice and the company’s global policy
• Coordinating with Finance team to manage admin work for the company

Requirements

• Good knowledge about HR practices and policies in Vietnam
• Active learning and open mindset
• Strategic thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Professional working skills to maintain the integrity, fairness and confidentiality
• Experience in education or education technology segment is a plus (not a must)
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields (a must)
• 5 years of experience in HR positions
• Good English (both writing and speaking), equivalent to IELTS 5.5 and above
• Working experience at international corporations is preferred
