HR Intern (Communication & Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for an active communication intern working for our Gameloft Hanoi Studio with a mission of joining hands to make our studio a great place to work. As an HR intern, your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Internal & External Communication:

• Coordinate with the Communication team to timely push the Studio's latest news, information, activities and programs onto Gameloft South-East Asia channels;
• Support HR team in internal events organization, according to the annual plan and in coordination with stakeholders in the studio
• Coordinate in team building activities for the teams/department in the studio
• Support the implementation of the Studio’s CSR activities and communications, according to the annual CSR program;

2. Talent Acquisition Support:

• Coordinating recruitment activities: following up recruitment channels, scheduling tests, filing CVs & application, updating candidate database, event logistics, etc.
• Collaborate with local recruitment teams, Communication team and external partners to organize the Studio’s external events, such as Open days, Gameloft tours, Gameloft Talks, Professional Open contests etc.
