(HN) Lead/Senior Front-End Developer

- Work closely with product managers and other team members to understand, articulate, and break down customer needs into technical requirements.
- Design scalable architecture and deliver code, while keeping operational issues in mind.
- Build, test and deploy modern web applications with latest technologies like React, Redux, AngularJS, Webpack, TypeScript, GraphQL.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
- Mentor and/or coach junior developers.
- Prepare estimates with the necessary level of detail for all design stages.
- Develop metrics to measure the outcome/impact of your introduced solutions.
- Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights.
- Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
