Health, Safety & Security Executive

AIM OF THE JOB

Be responsible for Health, Safety, Security and Parking management of the Estella Place Mall.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Be responsible for all daily security and parking operations of the Mall, including the safety of the playground areas (indoor playground and climbing area) during pre-ops and post-ops period.
2. Prepare the security and parking service tender documents for the pre/post opening period.
3. Prepare the SOPs for health, safety and security for the Mall operation.
4. Identify security threats, develop action plan, implement and supervise the regular preventive schedule to align with other departments related to health, safety and security of the mall.
5. Supervise the performance of all Security and Parking staff to ensure high quality customer service is delivered.
6. Update and conduct training on Health, Safety & Security for all Security & Parking staff as and when necessary.
7. Conduct regular check/ inspection of the Mall and ensure that all Security and Parking staff are knowledgeable of the basics of Security & Parking
8. Manage the CCTV
9. Coordinate and maintain good relationship with local police, fire fighting police to support the regular fire drill and security matters at the Mall
10. Perform daily patrolling around the Mall to ensure Safety and Security of customer
11. Prepare written reports to the Property Manager in regards to health, safety and security matters on weekly and monthly basis

Education

• Be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in the related fields of study or a proven experience of 02 years in the similar job position

Work Experience Required

• Experience in safety, security, parking management of a retail mall. Experience in a mix used development is a plus.
• Capable of solving problems, dealing with customers and tenants.
• Having good communication and negotiation skills to achieve goals of work
• Ability to work with multi-culture and multi-task environment
• Good ability to use Office computer software
• Good at team working as well as working independently
• Customer oriented
• Good command of English is a plus
