• Salary Range: Maximum Gross 4500 USD per month
• Allowance(s): Lunch (600,000 VND) / Parking (300,000 VND)
• Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Others will be shared during interview

JOB DUTIES:

• Report to Japanese General Director
• Assigned to National Sales & Marketing Department
• Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the business. You will be the leader of the National Sales and Marketing and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy.
- Make sales & marketing strategy and plan and execute them.
- Manage sales & marketing team by motivating and supporting the team members with respect and achieve the yearly and mid-term target such as unit sales, revenue, GP and operating profit.
- Maintain good win/win relationships with the business partners and manage them.
- Conduct feasible study and make a business plan for the new business portfolio.
- Other assignments given by General Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English
- Proven working experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager, Sales Planning Manager /Business Development manager, or relevant roles in the Printing/IT industry
- Fixated interest in the printing industry and establishing new business from scratch
- Conceptional and Planning skills with a broad view
- Communication, negotiation and human skills
- Team management skills
- Experience of setting up new business in the IT sector is a plus
- Open and honest, customer-centric, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative and accountable
