Head of Quality

The suitable candidate will be responsible for developing, installing and supervising inspection and testing procedures  for finished products, purchased components and packaging materials and for recommending corrective measures necessary to ensure conformity to quality standards and specifications. 

In details

• Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. 
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need  for improvement. 
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Managing the quality management system into The Company's Business System at Vietnam to support  ISO 9001 certification and other regulations as appropriate. 
• Managing with IQA on material management and supplier issue including controlling supplier's quality  performance. 
• Developing control method of production process flow to ensure well quality tools define to ensure the  quality level of outgoing product such as: 8Ds Report/ FMEA/ PCP/ IPQA/ QRQC/ Reliability test….etc.
• Managing the outgoing inspection method to ensure the quality level of product go to customer.
• Handling customer feedback/complaint to limit  the impact of business case. 
• Leading the internal audit and external visit and audit from customer and third party.
• Setting up the department KPI and individual KPI performance, guidance and support staff to achieve the  target. 
• Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive training program to ensure that all Quality Engineer and  relevant members of the Company receive adequate training and reach the competence level required  for their individual roles. 
• Developing, motivating and challenging all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct  and timely feedback in formal and informal media 
• Connecting with other departments to build the quality culture and system to provide the confidence  level of customer.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline. 

Experience:

• At least 7 years of working experience at the same position in the Quality related field with electronic  products 
• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function. 
• Six Sigma green or black belt 
• Expert for IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 
• Fluent English communication 
• Lead Auditor ISO: 9001/14001/SA8000 and Supplier Auditor  
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485
