Head of Contract Logistics (Expat only)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial & Development for CL Nationwide covering End2End solution for DC /DT and for wide range of services including but not limited to:
• Contract Logistics for both Domestic and Manufacturing
• Contract Logistics for both Dry cargo and Cold Chain
• Nationwide in both 1st tier and 2nd/3rd tier cities
• Manage and control all Operation both DC (Distribution Center) /DT (Distribution & Transportation) with Operation Excellence
• Apply Technology for integrated and End2End
• Leadership and strengthen the HR resource for C.L. Build the new team/ new talents for new vertical ie: Cold Chain…
• Strategy for Investment and new CAPEX to meet with growing plan of ITL in CL
• Fully in charge of Budget for CL
• Responsible for new project in CL (ie: Digital platform / Chemical - Dangerous goods – Pharma etc…as new vertical biz line)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer expat with similar scope with ITL
• Our objective in the near future will have revenue around 200 million USD à candidate must be have experience in big company of logistics industry
• This position will manage some managers level who are strong experience in logistics -à candidate must be strong leadership skill

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Target candidates should have less technical & operation expertise. He should be more in

• Commercial and Strategic Development (not Operation)
• Strong Leadership to manage the talents / expert Managers level below
• Organizing & Planning to meet with high growth target 300% (from 30Mil to 100Mil Rev) in 24 months
• Control Operation excellence & OPEX KPI (including S.H.E.)
• Some more information current
• 240,000 sqm (nationwide) and can be 300.000 spm in the near future
• Fleet: 44 trucks (for DC) and refrigerated truck (to be set up)
• Total staff: 460 ++  (not including Cold chain Team)
• Target customers : 70% 3PL and 30% direct customers
• Candidates: he/she should
• Has experiences similar size (like ITL)
• preferred at late 40 or early 50 years old
• full energy to motivate team
• Adaptable VN market & ITL culture
• Package (salary+ allowance +annual bonus) : negotiable
