[HCMC] Key Channel Assistant

• Stock management : forecast, inbound, outbound, report, etc.
• Asset management : design & set up information & image of products, official stores, promotion schemes, livestream, etc.
• Campaigns management : promotions planning & execute, campaign booking (onsite display, onsite ads, affiliate, etc.)
• Marketing performance optimization:  offline traffic, onsite ads, brand add-on campaigns, etc.
• CS management : KPI management, coordinator
• Accurately process  paper works  that related to business and campaign.
• Report and Data analysis : sale, stock, campaign, etc.
• Active participate to Team, Department & Company’s  other activities : RF, etc.

Experience & Skills

• Available for fresh graduates; experience in EC channel planning & executing is a priority.
• Proficiency in English communication & Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proven soft skills to manage challenging tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn & grow in EC business

Key Requirements

• Well manage the stock flow to ensure stock coverage, avoid bad stock & return goods
• Meticulously execute for monthly campaigns & performance marketing activities as planned
• Accurate & on time for administration tasks, paperwork & reporting
• Well collaborate with teams and all related parties (Rohto’s other department, 3rd parties) to perform seamless operation
• Achieve targets of sales revenue, growth ratio of assigned channels
