[HCM] RESEARCH MANAGER (MANAGING EDITOR) - BLOCKCHAIN TECH FINANCE COMPANY

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the analytics of macro economy condition, investment trends, blockchain megatrends, market landscape, competitive analysis to drive content & digital strategy
• Dissect recent news stories for inspiration for an article topic, or have the ability to produce a timely commentary piece within a matter of hours (or even minutes) from a news release
• Develop content strategy, editorial calendar and ensure production team is on board- Perform content audits, identify gaps in content strategy & optimize content according to SEO strategy
• Set and meet benchmarks for digital and social engagement
• Manage the daily activities of a production team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers
• Monitoring the competition’s online activities
• Identify opportunities to develop new content on new platforms to expand company reach** Further information will be discussed during the interview.
