[HCM] IT Support / Helpdesk

Position title: IT Support / Helpdesk
Salary range:10.000.000 - 14.000.000
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Dedicated On-site User Support including user walk up
• Provide technical support to desktop/laptop and printers
• Desktop/laptop configuration & re-installation (where applicable)
• Perform virus remediation on infected PCs
• LAN/Wireless LAN Support and Administration
• Install/ Move/ Add/ Change request (IMAC)
• Local Vendor Co-ordination
• Local Office Security Administration
• Hands-on Service (Network Devices On/Off, Server Re-booting, Change Server Backup Tapes)
• Work as Extended Service Desk for case tracking, problem solving, jointly providing an IT Service
• Make sure Incident/ Problem/ Change can be managed on a timely basis
• Cooperate with Operation IT Staffs to transfer & update the knowledge and Information of Good Scanning Software Solution

Requirement:

• Graduated College / University of Information Technology
• Having 2 -3 years experience in IT Support or IT Helpdesk
• Good command in English speaking and written communication
• Document the process, troubleshoot for operation software
• Arrange & manage knowledge by document
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent inter-personality
