Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to identify issues that impede the efficiency and scalability of manufacturing operations
• Analyze the issues and work with engineering teams to come up with solutions
• Create and manage product backlog items (PBIs) for the engineering teams
• Prioritize PBIs and change their order as circumstances change
• Refine the PBIs and explain them to engineers by focusing on “why” and “what”
• Monitor the KPIs of products and analyze the result to get ideas for improving them
• As a member of CADDi’s global product management group, contribute to global business growth by proposing new ideas for products
• Propose innovative ideas and concepts to the teams in Japan and collaborate together to develop products that can scale globally

Experience and Requirements

Required skills and experience

• Experience in product owner or product management role and achieving the planned goal and target through KPI management or similar business management index
• In-depth understanding and more than two years of experience with Scrum methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mind.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
