• Business Strategy & Sales Management
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Manage, operate, and develop the sales team.
• Track sales performance, customer debt, and overall business efficiency.
• Report business results to the General Director.
• Market Development & Customer Management
• Search for and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Develop the market for the company’s products and services, including generators, aerial work platforms, repair and maintenance services, equipment rental, and spare parts.
• Analyze the market and competitors, then propose business development solutions.
• Contract Negotiation & Execution Control
• Negotiate and sign contracts with customers and partners.
• Monitor and control contract implementation progress

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management; experience in industrial equipment, generators, aerial work platforms, or technical services is preferred.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership, negotiation, market development, and customer management skills.
• Ability to prepare plans, organize work, and perform under high pressure.
• Language / Other Requirements
• Chinese is an advantage.
