We’re currently responsible for output in sectors such as Alcoholic Beverages, Home Appliances, FMCG and Tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Support the ECD as a true partner in driving both the creative output and creative department team spirit
• Lead brainstorms to ensure development of fresh, relevant, high-concept creative ideas and activations for various demanding clients
• With a highly hands on approach, lead a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers by example, maintaining high standards across simultaneous projects
• Engage in proactive communication with account handlers and strategic planners to better understand client expectations with a view to bettering output
• Both create and oversee, taking ownership of projects, ensuring delivery of brilliant creative solutions, on brief, on budget and on time
• Understand, interpret and respond to creative briefs with innovative thinking in line with strategic and business objectives
• Direct and manage externally sourced creative/production resources towards the expected high-quality output

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising agencies
• Fantastic collaborative, open-minded spirit, looking to partner the ECD
• Proven ability in leading a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers
• Highly conceptual, with an ability to carry thinking into execution and implementation
• Passion for executing with craft and attention to detail
• Experience in activation and shopper marketing highly desirable
• Proficiency with all relevant computer applications including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint and Keynote
• Experience in developing and delivering effective, persuasive professional presentations for various audiences to a very high standard
• Familiar with digital platforms and up to date on trends
• A positive influence with a can-do attitude and hands on approach
• Good command of the English language, both writing and speaking
