General Cashier / Nhân viên kế toán Thủ quỹ
Mô tả công việc
- Responsibility to, the deposits into the bank account and preparation of daily Cashier Cash Report.
Check and monitor that all the payment documents are in line with the SOP properly
- Connect with the bank for bank payment and any processing relating POS machine/ Exchange rate.
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets
- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Manage physical status of fixed assets and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all physical status of fixed assets are timely posted.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions and movements in the accounting system as well as update to file of Asset in detail. Ensure all matching.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
- Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
- Complete related project tasks (if any)
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế, kế toán, tài chính
- Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm tại các nhà hàng khách sạn 3-5 sao
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản
- Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính tốt, ưu tiên ứng viên biết sử dụng phần mềm Smile
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chịu khó trong công việc
- Ưu tiên Nam
