General Accountant - Location: Thu Duc, HCMC

- 1.
- General Accounting & Closing
- Manage General Ledger and accounting entries.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Prepare journal and adjustment entries.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- 2.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statementand, Notes Cash Flow Statement.
- Prepare management reports and provide accounting information to the Finance Manager/General Director if any.
- Support annual financial statement preparation.
- 3.
- Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and review tax reports, including FCT.
- Monitor tax filing deadlines and tax compliance.
- Support tax audits and inspections.
- Ensure accounting treatment complies with applicable regulations.
- 4.
- SAP, AP/AR & Banking
- Perform accounting transactions and review postings in SAP.
- Manage AP/AR records, invoices, receipts and payments.
- Perform bank, AP/AR and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on discrepancies.
- 5.
- Fixed Assets & Inventory
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
- Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals and depreciation.
- Reconcile inventory between SAP and accounting records.
- Support physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
- 6.
- Internal Control & Audit
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Support internal/external audits and follow up on audit findings.
- 7.
- Documentation & Other Duties
- Maintain complete and properly organized accounting records.
- Ensure supporting documents are available for audit, tax inspection and internal review.
- Support process improvement and automation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager/Chief accountant/General Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 5 years of experiences in general accountant. Experience with
- MISA/AMIS/accounting systems , financial reporting, tax compliance and reconciliation.
- College/University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- English communication level with all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
