Our Future Talent Programme - Technical Track is a 1 year programme that will develop your technical skills in an international environment.

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of colleagues all over the world.

Key Responsibilities • Time planning – understand and work according to Time Plan. • Understand about budget and cost awareness. • Understand the scope of supply in contract • Creating project documentation including test specifications • Participate in test and/ or reviews in project work • Participate in commissioning activities at site • Perform basic calculations for piping, pumps and valves used in the food industry • Understand plant mass balance calculations and have basic knowledge of Production; Time Schedule (PTS) • Develop Flow chart (P&ID) and layouts • Read and understand assembly drawings, for example tanks, pumps • Basic calculation of plant and module consumptions • Understand customer requirements’ of different modules (for example pasteurizers and other production solutions parts) • Use basic Matrix ProDesigner functions, including CAD and database (Understand) • Knowledge and application of Tetra Pak Global Engineering Concepts and Design Elements • Understand performance criteria calculations • Use applicable parts of the OFCE process • Takes initiative to ensure we take opportunities to maximize the value add to the customers

Qualifications

Academics: • Bachelor's degree in any of the following: - Food Technology - Food Engineering - Chemical engineering - Biochemical engineering - Biotechnology - Mechanical engineering

Others: - Good command of English (spoken and written) - Self-motivated - Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills - Customer-centric
