Finance Manager

Financial Planning & Management

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and Management.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Cash Flow & Project Financial Control
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall working capital.
• Work with Project, QS, Commercial, and Procurement teams to monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and profitability.
• Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and cash flow issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Review monthly financial results and prepare management reports on revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Ensure financial transactions and internal controls comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external parties when required.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Coordinate with Management and other departments to ensure effective financial planning and cost control.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent managerial position .
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, Design & Build, or Interior Fit-out companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management systems.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
