To strengthen our Corporate Services Team in the Vietnam, Hanoi, we are seeking a/an

Finance Manager

Your job

• Responsible for overall supervision of the Finance & (Logistics) Departments.
• Ensure monthly management & financial reporting is completed accurately and on time to HQ in Germany and regional office in Singapore.
• Coordinate and compile annual sales, cost and financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports and other financial reports required for the board of management.
• Assist the Country Manager in controlling expenses; tracking against targets, coordinate and implement of all measures required to safeguard sales and profitability of the company.
• Support the Country Manager in planning and assessing division financial performance.
• Review, develop and implement internal controls, operational procedures and related documentation and compliance and deployment of company policies.
• Liaise with tax agent, external auditors, corporate secretary, legal representatives, and bankers.
• Support operations in back office departments such as Administration and HR.
• Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the SAP system and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and ZEISS accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory policies governing financial aspects of the business.
• Ensure the training needs of those reporting directly to him/her are identified and fulfilled.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Carl Zeiss Vietnam/SEA.

Our requirements

• Accounting Degree or equivalent accounting education
• Minimum 5 years experience in an large multi-national environment
• Sound knowledge of SAP, intermediate-advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good team player
• Excellent leadership skills
• Bilingual in Advanced English
