FINANCE & INVESTOR RELATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST

1. Responsibilities

Investor Partnership:

• Build reporting packages and participate in a prestigious multi-millions-fundraising-round with strategic investors.

• Support team leaders to present/share key operational and strategic information of business performance on a monthly/quarterly period to strategic investors.

• Support due diligence process to complete investment transaction or M&A. 

Other business and management:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis for future business projects.

• Other ad hoc tasks from the supervisor and BOD.

2. Requirements

• 0-2 year of previous experience in a relevant position (Financial analyst, Investor Relations, Auditor, etc.) is a must

• Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related majors and English fluency (4 skills)

• Candidates with strong communication, detailed-orientation, proactiveness will be preferred.

• Working Time: Monday - Friday
