FINANCE & INVESTOR RELATIONS SENIOR SPECIALIST

1. Responsibilities

Finance:

• Prepare monthly finance/business reports for internal control and investor relations activities.

• Analyze monthly business performance and coordinate with other departments to tackle pain points of business operation.

Investor Partnership:

• Build reporting packages and participate in a prestigious $10M-fundraising-round with strategic investors.

• Represent company to present/share key operational and strategic information of business performance on monthly/quarterly period to strategic investors.

Other business and management:

• Play role as senior team leader in terms of building procedure, training and managing junior team members.

• Conduct market research and industry analysis for future business projects.

• Other ad hoc tasks from the supervisor and BOD.

2. Requirements

• At least 2 year of previous experience in a relevant position (Financial analyst, Investor Relations, Auditor, etc.) is a must

• Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related majors and English fluency (4 skills)

• Candidate with strong analytical thinking, planning, communication, leadership will be preferred.

• We expect candidate who are willing to build a long-term career up to M-level or C-level.
