FINANCE (Highly competitive salary)

I. Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and track Return on Investment (ROI) to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and variance analysis.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets; track actual vs. budget and explain variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow and funding reports.
• Support month-end closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate and support internal/external audits and taxation-related matters.
• Analyze financial data to identify risks and propose improvement actions.
• Support in improving financial processes, reporting systems, and data accuracy.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

I.  Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• II.    Experience:  At least 3 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or related roles.

III.   Knowledge

• Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork, responsibility, and proactive (can-do attitude).
• Knowledge of BI tools or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
