Finance/Business Data Analyst

The role will interact deeply with multiple core Business teams, obtain and summarize data sets to identify key areas to drivers, influence roadmap decisions and measure the effectiveness of solutions are implemented over time.

To succeed, you must have the ability to obtain and extract important data sets to measure performance, engage deeply with diverse and talented business partners, earn trust using fact and data and demonstrate ability to advise and influence the decision of business leader through effectiveness verbal and written communication.

The role will be involved in supporting the following tasks:

• Partner and advise Business team in driving business growth & optimization (Plan, Control, Advise, Evaluate)
• Develop metrics and reports to provide visibility into cost structure, cash flow impact and drive actionable plan with responsible Business team.
• Establish scalable and automated solution based on internal requirement
• Continuous process improvement and support on new business proposals or explorations
• Liaison with internal team for any related issues of the business as needed

• Manage multiple projects – prioritizing, planning and delegating appropriate tasks.

• Sense of humor, intellectual curiosity, collaboration and integrity is required
• 1-2 year experience in Management Accounting, Finance Analyst, or Audting role
• Passion for metrics and figures and ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Possess strong skills in Excel

• Willingness to learn new thing (SQL, etc)
