Finance & Accounting Manager

• Finance & Accounting Operations
• Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting operations.
• Take over the Chief Accountant role when required while functioning as Finance Manager.
• Lead and directly execute key financial activities, including cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Financial Advisory & Business Planning
• Act as a financial advisor to the CEO.
• Support budget control, financial cost management, financial leverage, and funding strategies.
• Provide finance planning, analysis, and strategy support for business decisions.
• Banking Relations & Team Performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Assess, optimize, and improve the performance of the current team.
• Report directly to the CEO.

• Education & Experience
• Proven experience in both Chief Accountant scope, including operations, compliance, and tax, and Finance functions, including planning, analysis, and strategy.
• Background in Trading/Retail companies, with experience in companies of similar revenue scale, VND 300–500 billion/year.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong hands-on capability and ability to fully handle accounting responsibilities.
• Solid experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong capability in cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Strong banking network and experience working with banks.
• Able to support financial leverage, funding strategies, cost management, and budget control.
