What you’ll do

• Responsible for delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes.  
  
• Monitor installation of products, making sure that units passed the quality verification and checks.
  
• Perform on-site customer visits to investigate and analyze customer complaints
  
• Understand customer needs & resolve issues using technical knowledge  & our support network/ in accordance  to service obligations to customers
  
• Check and monitor product warranties and replacements
  
• Support Sales team with Public tender procedures
  
• Keeps complaint data base up to date. Provides input to improve the functional working of the complaints tool.
  
• Involves Business and/or central system center to obtain solutions in event of escalated complaints. Drives root cause analysis and preventive action.
  

What you’ll need

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  
• 3+ years of work related experience gained from Construction, Electrical, Automation, Facility  industries
  
• Experience in participating in tenders and
  
• 2+ years in using customer service application and tools 
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
