Fashion Consultant Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are a premium designer fashion brand specializing in bespoke dresses and custom apparel for international clients.
• We are looking for a proactive, fashion-savvy Sales & Consultant Executive to deliver personalized consultation and manage customers throughout the entire made-to-order journey—from online inquiries to showroom experiences and order fulfillment.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Global Online Sales & Customer Consultation (70%) ·        Respond to international customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Messenger with professionalism and promptness. ·        Provide personalized styling advice on designs, sizing, colors, fabrics, and custom modifications. ·        Manage end-to-end order processing, including online measurements, production coordination, DHL shipment tracking, and delivery. ·        Resolve customer concerns proactively while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
• 2. Showroom Experience & Client Relations (20%) ·        Welcome overseas clients visiting the showroom and provide a premium fitting experience. ·        Build long-term relationships with global VIP clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• 3. Operations Support (10%) ·        Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Production team to monitor order progress and quality control. ·        Maintain customer records, update order status, and support daily operations.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English. ·        At least 2 years in International Sales, Online Sales, High-end Retail, Fashion Consulting, or Customer Success. Experience in bespoke or made-to-order fashion is an advantage. ·        Strong communication and customer consultation skills. ·        Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently. ·        Good fashion sense with basic knowledge of garment construction, sizing, and fabrics. ·        Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced online sales environment. ·        Detail-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
