Facility Supervisor/Assistant Facility Manager

• Facility Operations & Utility Systems
• Manage and oversee daily operation and maintenance of factory facilities and infrastructure, including buildings, offices, warehouses, roofs, floors, doors, and drainage systems.
• Manage and ensure proper operation of utility systems, including electricity, water supply, compressed air, HVAC, generators, wastewater treatment systems, and other facility-related systems.
• Identify facility-related issues and improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency, safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Safety, Security & Compliance Management
• Oversee operation, inspection, maintenance, and compliance of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and related equipment.
• Manage security services, including security personnel, access control, CCTV systems, and site security.
• Manage cleaning services and waste management to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Ensure facility operations comply with company policies and applicable safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Maintenance Coordination, Contractors & Reporting
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering teams to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of facility systems and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors and service providers for facility maintenance, cleaning, security, fire protection, and related services.
• Monitor facility operating and maintenance budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Prepare regular facility operation, maintenance, and cost reports for management.

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies with 400+ employees.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong facility operation and maintenance management capability.
• Knowledge of factory infrastructure, utility systems, fire protection systems, security, cleaning, and waste management.
• Able to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with Maintenance/Engineering teams.
• Able to manage contractors, service providers, budgets, cost control, and facility reports.
• Good awareness of safety, environmental, legal, and company policy compliance.
• Language / Other Requirements
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Manufacturing facility experience is required.
