Facility & Asset Management Senior Staff

1. Facility Management
- Conduct routine inspections of office buildings, factory facilities, and common areas.
- Monitor the condition of company facilities and report any abnormalities.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with contractors and suppliers.
- Follow up on maintenance schedules and verify completion of repair work.
2. Asset & Office Management
- Manage office equipment and GA assets.
- Support asset inventory and equipment relocation or installation.
- Monitor office supplies and general consumables.
3. Vendor & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, waste collection, pest control, and other GA services.
- Collect quotations and support purchasing activities related to General Affairs.
- Maintain GA-related documents and records.
4. Other Duties
- Support company events and internal activities.
- Assist in workplace arrangement and 5S activities.
- Perform other General Affairs duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Major in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred.
2. Experience
- At least 01 year of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facility Management, or related fields.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
3. Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of facility management, office administration, building maintenance, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Basic understanding of 5S and workplace safety is an advantage.
4. Skills
- Good communication, coordination & English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and willing to work in office and factory environments.
- Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
