Export Project Sales Engineer (Work from home)

Job Descriptions: 

• Project Sales: Building up a database and knowledge about current projects, construction industry and related key players. Responding to stakeholders' needs and enquiries. Building a pipeline of project opportunities and ensuring the successful conversion of specified projects into sales. Coordinating with Industrial Team for leads related to motorized shades. 
• System Integrators network: Identifying suitable SI partners specialized on Residential segment applications; and engaging them, in order to access and execute our sales objectives. Arranging suitable technical and sales training, certifying our SI partners. Specification: Promoting Somfy solutions to specifiers, developing a segmented approach (residential, hospitality, offices).
• Reporting: Reporting of current project sales activity, trading activity, reporting market analysis and sales, using salesforce.com (CRM), following and driving KPIs defined (sales turnover growth, gross margin, success rate, pipeline)
• Personal development: Upskilling through participation in seminars and trainings appointed by company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above knowledge in Engineering / Business
• 5 years experience in similar position
• Experience in negotiation techniques and collaboration with clients
• Excellent negotiation, influential and persuasive skills, backed by strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong background in specification generation in the building industry
• An established network of relevant specification contacts
• Strategic thinking with tactical approach: analytical and synthetic, solutions oriented
• Open and positive mindset, rapid learner
• Highly self-motivated, aggressive and results-oriented
• Hands-on attitude towards business, "owner" mindset
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese are a must
• Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel, PPT, Salesforce.com
