Event Executive – HCM & Ha Noi Branch

Job Purpose

• Take responsible in areas of events at Centers level, together with Event & Partnership Manager to find out the local-insight and attract to Centers thru Local Activities (Events, Partnership, Activation).
• Daily track centers and current situation of visual merchandise in-centers or outdoor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement the end-to-end the local event/ activity at Center level or in line with Trading Marketing Plan (Events, Partnership, activation…).
• Support the implementation of Event Plan with PEP on the operations & execution at Center level.
• Work closely with ECs floor team & suggest to PEP the solutions on the execution of marketing plans.
• Daily check Centers on the situation of all Center’s collaterals.
• Make SWOT for each Center & in charge of local marketing to increase traffic for Centers.
• Get local partnership to create more new channels to approach new customers.
• Responsible on Gifts/ Souvenirs stock report, keep track and establish monthly stock report to Event & Partnership Manager.

• Graduated from University, College of Marketing or Communication.
• Have at least a year experience managing corporate/B2B events (professional services or Event at Agency is a plus).
• Be proactive.
• Enjoy managing multiple projects.
• Be looking to learn from the Managers and progress their events career.
• Language skill: English.
• Computer skill: Word, Excel, PPt.
