Position title: Event & Activation Manager (Giám Đốc Sự Kiện và Các Hoạt Động Thương Hiệu)
Salary range: 800 - 1500 USD
Work Location: 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):

• The Marketing Event Manager is integral to the success of CMG. Working both internally and externally with the program team, suppliers, the sales team and the Agency Account Manager, he/she will work towards creating the highest standard of marketing campaigns.
  • Abiding to a high-performance culture and focusing on great execution towards clear revenue generation, he/she contributes to the company’s top and bottom line by:
  • Deeply understanding user and market insights in order to develop and execute marketing activities;
  • Working with the Marketing Director and Brand Owner to design and implement a marketing plan;
  • Leading & project managing offline and online campaign implementation and execution;
  • Working with the Partnerships team to create mutually beneficial partner relationships;
  • Project managing all timeline collateral delivery and ensuring quality output for the same;
  • Reporting on campaign performance, marketing and impact on sales. Executing on optimization decisions regarding budget allocation, channels, message and audience targeting;
  • Working with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency, and quality for price.

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:

• Creating, Implementing and Executing Marketing and Sales Plans
• Establishing Partnerships, Gathering Leads & Managing Relationships
• Management, Building Team & Culture

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from University
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a directly relevant role, with demonstrated success shown
• Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to achieve outcomes that marry brand identity with results
• Hands on experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Results driven character. Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
