ERM Implementation Manager (Dynamic 365)

• Be the lead contact to the ERP vendor and responsible for coordinating all updates to the system, reporting and tracking technical issues, and overseeing the subscription management of the system. 
• Troubleshoots problems on ERP for all internal teams. 
• Define workflow processes and protocols for ERP. 
• Maintain permission set and user permissions. 
• Training new users, supporting current users in using the ERP. 
• Assess business process requirements. 
• Analyze the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible solutions. 
• Responsible for building and maintaining effective and efficient technical practice(s) (people, processes, tools, measurement, etc.) in ERP. 
• Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how ERP can enable new sources of value.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; IT/Software/Engineer/Construction or equivalent.  
• At least 3 years experience in managing any ERP. Familiar with MS Business Central (Dynamic 365) is a big plus. 
• Familiar with project management principles and fluently in terms of ERP operation. 
• Technical exposure in different ERP modules like Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing processes. 
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication. 
• Strong interpersonal skills which provide the ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization. 
• Fluent in English.
