Primary Accountabilities:

Take-care 02 production lines.Execute and monitor the safety environment which prevents unsafe conditions and eliminate incidents/accidents at Mill.Execute the processes of handling, maintaining and using spare parts related to electrical areas.Execute preventive and predictive electrical plan of maintenance programs to ensure minimum breakdown on machines.Solving problem on machines related to electrical and have preventive action.Support major projects as specified. Lead and coordinate project of production innovation, process improvement related to electrical with budget amount up to US$ 250,000.Share the knowledge to the electrical team by training and one point lesson.Support technical knowledge to related people in Engineering and Production Departments on individual equipment repair.Perform as internal trainer to deliver the electrical knowledge to Production team and another team as required.Understands and applies relevant quality management principles in all assignments and responsibilities to support the company’s goal of achieve world class status in quality.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Degree of electrical engineering with 2-4 years working experience.Planning, analytical and training skill is a need.Positive thinking Engineering knowledge on high-speed and automated production lines of consumer goods is preferred.

English fluency in both writing and speaking
