- [Module related EE] 1、E-fail FACA 2、Sensor / substrate / flex IQC 5、Project EE issue FA => Involving a project design on Electrical Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc. Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc. => Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier => Joining EE issue FACA [Test related EE] 3、Test PCB design and validation 4、DOE validation 6、Tester hardware check => Developing test related PCB board and its validation. => Involving the electrical item of test machine.
- Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders. => Joining a tester electrical issue FACA => Supporting the electrical test items(Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in EE - Proficiency in English, Toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus)
- CV in English.
- Onsite interview: Contacted candidates will make a presentation on optional topics (e.g., previous job experience, achievements).
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines and production schedules.
- Effective communication and collaboration skill across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
