E-commerce Executive

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

• Create and update content of product on Ecommerce sites including website, local e-commerce platforms (Tiki, shopee,…), and international platforms (Amazon, eBay, Dropship channels)
• Maintains operations, and customer services on Ecommerce sites
• Coordinate with ecommerce platforms for support communicate
• Perform pricing and inventory management for each product group according to process
• Maintains customer database and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and improvement plans.
• Research the market and observe the activities of competitors to monitor the competitiveness.
• Coordinating with outside agency to produce images, ideas, video, slogan, banner advertising on the website (if any)
• Cross-coordinating, interact with other departments of operation (warehouse, CRM to bring the best shopping experience to customer.
• Other tasks as assigned. 

Requirements

• Fresh graduated can be accepted, 1 year experience in similar positions is preferred
• Preferred experience in Ecommerce, Customer services, Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge and interested in Ecommerce site, specialize in US Market is a plus.
