[Đống Đa, Hà Nội] Sales Staff (construction materials) - for New set-up branch (19901)

A Japanese Trading company that offers cutting-edge technology and products is now launching and setting up a new branch in Hanoi, Vietnam and looking for a suitable fit for the position of:

SALES (CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS)

• Salary: 18,000,000 - 25,000,000VND

• 1. JOB SUMMARY:

• ★Conduct sales activity to construction companies with the products of construction materials (cement, stone, etc.)

• Developing new customers (Main responsibility)
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet customer's demands
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Controlling stock
• Issue invoice and do some documentation tasks
• Other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager

• 2. BENEFITS:

• Social & Healthcare Insurance according to Vietnamese law
• Salary review: once per year
• 13th month salary
• Transportation and telephone allowance (Included in gross salary)
• Note: there is no sales commission

3. REQUIREMENTS:

・Having at least 3 years of experience in the position of salesperson in Trading company

・English skills: equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level, can communicate well with customers and co-workers

・Willing to work in a new set-up company

・Can-Do attitude, strong motivation as sales

・Has connection with local construction companies (Contructors)
