The opportunity

This role will head all recruitment initiatives for GTF candidates including re-designing the criteria, developing strategic recruitment initiatives as well as enhancing and managing end-to-end recruitment process to ensure shorter turnaround time and improved candidate quality. Reporting directly to Chief Agency Officer.

Responsibilities

• Revamp criteria and policies for GTF candidates

• Conduct frequent market review and competitor analysis to continuously enhance recruitment processes based on best practices to ensure shorter turnaround time and positive candidate experience

• Develop strategic initiatives to find top talents, identify new sourcing channels, and enhance the branding of agency channel as market-leading employer for financial advisors

• Lead team members in executing the recruitment process from profile evaluation, conducting interview to processing offer, loading agent code and on boarding.

• Perform analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process and quality of hired candidates.

What We Are Looking For

• BA designation, along with senior experience in life insurance or insurance sales is preferred.

• Excellent relationship building skills and was able to cultivate a wide network within insurance industry

• Well versed in insurance distribution recruitment and insurance operations

• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.

• Strong understanding of business culture and behavior.

• Able to collaborate with other leaders in the business, influencing senior stakeholders across functions and senior sale leaders.

• Strong business acumen, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Results oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
