Design and Technical Manager - Female

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Design & Technical team to provide Engineering and Technical solution to customers.
• Support the Business Development Director in activities relating to customer networking and project coordination.
• Design, check and approve equipment's solution, proposals, tenders, and schedules.
• Develop, check and approve drawings.
• Coordinate for bidding.
• Support to check appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. scope of works, bill of quantities for contracts).
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Other tasks assigned by Board of Directors.

Requirements

Knowledge & Working experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Technology.
• Training Courses in Project Management, especially MEP.
• Having a thorough understanding of Pool & Spa equipment.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Pool & Spa industry.
• Knowledge of construction & MEP.
• Leadership Skill Courses.

Foreign Language & Computer Skills

• Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Working skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Time Management Skill.
• Ability to present business ideas in friendly language.
• Problem Sensitivity - recognizing a problem and problem-solving skill.
• Good communication, active listening.
