Deputy General Director (Hospitality Group)

HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is a famous Hospitality Company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Deputy General Director (Hospitality)

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Report to: BOD

DESCRIPTION 

Currently, the Hospitality group system includes: 10 – 15 Hotels/Resorts (standard from 3 to 5 stars) in addition to an amusement park & Wedding Convention Center

• Directly supervise Head Office as well as all properties under management.
• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Establish and maintain standards of operation for managed brands and assets that exists within the hotels chain.
• Represent the Group with all clients and ensure that the value and culture of the company are communicated throughout the Group.
• Be in charge of the employee selection, development and retention of all employees.
• Details will be discussed in the interview. Build and develop networking with local authorities and state’s agencies to enhance coordination with them in solving arising legal issues to ensure compliance with regulations and targeted schedule of the company.
• Support the General Director in the management of profit and loss of the business, drive revenue and profit growth through the creation and implementation of end-to-end industrial asset solutions while seeking for potential business development opportunities to expand the footprint of the Company
• Any other tasks assigned by BOD

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor degree in related field
• At least 5-year experiences at the same position in Hospitality or Service Industry
• Candidates with experience in working in corporations with similar systems as above (at least having managed and operated 6 or more hotels at the same time, having experience in managing amusement parks and complexes) travel)Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Good Leadership, People Management, Business Acumen, Analytical Abilities, Problem Solving

BENEFITS OF DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR HOSPITALITY

• Salary: $10,000-$15,000, depending on candidate’s ability.
