Data Maintenance Operator (User Support) – French Speaking

What you will be handling in daily operations:

• Maintain information system and database up to date (core business applications and websites):
• Analyze issues raised by the users through ticketing platform, contact and clarify all needs/issues and help to solve problems.
• Maintain reports/dashboard updated.
• Ensure a continuous update of knowledge bases.
• Translate business documents in French <-> English.
• ** This position is not for those who major in IT domain.

 Job Requirements

• 1 years working experience is preferred. New graduates/ freshers with customer-orientated mindset are welcome.
• Professional proficiency in French (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• It is a plus if you have experiences in one of below skills:

• MS Office including 2019, Microsoft 365 and related communication tools.
• Experienced on database management platforms (CRM Oracle, Salesforce, Drupal, WordPress).
• Experienced with media tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Camtasia, Powtoon…).
• Ability in using VB, VBA, and other programming languages.
