- Process Optimization: Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and implement cost-saving efficiency improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing-related data to deliver comprehensive reports and insights to department leaders upon request.
- Strategic Insight: Track and analyze industry trends to provide data-driven recommendations that support high-level business decisions.
- Market Trends & Insights : Analyze business trends to extract actionable insights, identifying key areas for future growth and continuous improvement.
- Identify market trends and strategic insights to define future priorities and operational improvements
